Description Describe the event - not the incharacter stuff - the actual real life details - ie what sort of event, is it high combat, etc
Background Give some ingame background This is what is displayed as a quick info description so it is important you include it even if just a small paragraph
Directions Please provide at least the location of the event
Contact Provide details for players to contact you - ie email address, phone numbers etc - these will be display on the site!
Pricing Provide at least the basic price plus any discounts etc
Arrival / Departure Notes Any notes regarding the site and arrival/departure should be noted here
Postcode This will allow us to point straight to a mapping program when it is added
Website Address (Url)
Your email address (private - this will not be displayed on the site and is in case we need to contact you) If we do need to contact you to confirm details of the event and cant due to lack of contact details, the event will not be accepted.
